Before You Book

Rental Guidelines

To keep our spaces welcoming for everyone, we ask all renters to follow these simple guidelines.

    Advance Booking RequiredAll reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. We recommend booking early for popular dates.

    Cleaning DepositA refundable cleaning deposit is required at the time of booking and returned after the space is left in good condition.
  • ✓
    Alcohol-Free VenueOur facilities are alcohol-free. We ask that no alcoholic beverages be brought onto church property.

    Respectful UseAll events must align with our community values. Events involving illegal activity or content contrary to our mission will not be permitted.
  • ✓
    Set-Up & Clean-UpRenters are responsible for setting up and cleaning up their event space. Additional time may be reserved for this purpose.
  • ✓
    Parking AvailableFree on-site parking is available for all events. Additional street parking is accessible on Main Street and surrounding roads.
